I covered the 2009 Batizado for the Grupo Bantu Beira Mar held from March 5th - March 8th in Jacksonville Florida.
I photographed every person receiving a cord as well as all the events of the night, the beach roda on Sunday, and a few portraits. I captured a few videos of the events.
All told, I captured over 750 images of as many people as possible participating in the event.
