Web Design:
Before I can begin your project, I require a $150 non-refundable deposit to secure my time and talents. After receiving that, we'll go over the details of what you need, how big your project is, and exactly what you expect of me, including an estimate of time and cost for your project. We'll draw up a contract securing my working rate of $25 per hour. All contracts are billed monthly with payment expected five days after receiving the invoice. There are no late fees for late payments, but work will desist on the tenth of every month until I'm paid in full for the previous month's invoice. Work will begin again immediately upon receiving payment.

Some logo and graphic design may be included in your web design package. If so, you'll receive those images on disc in the formats for which you need them (print, web, etc.). Such logos and graphics will be included in your contract and I will not do work above and beyond our contract without a new contract. If at any time, you wish to end your services with me, you may do so with no notice. You'll be billed for the final amount of work I've done immediately and that invoice will have a due date included for final payment of services rendered.I reserve the right to remove any code from your server and to retain any graphics created if there are any disputes regarding payment or disrespectful business practices. I am a professional, but I'm also a person. The work you request and the money received go directly to paying my rent and buying my groceries. If you abuse me, are late in your response time, or behave in any manner that is not respectful, I reserve the right to end our relationship with no refunds and may choose to retain any work provided for you.
Basically: If you treat me with respect, I'll do the same for you!

The vast majority of our working relationship will be via e-mail. While working, I check my e-mail several times a day to keep everyone updated. Please ensure a timely response in order to fulfill your needs as quickly as possible!
